A Lady's View
South of the by tourism destroyed town of Killarney lies a vast area that form Killarney National Park. Here you may experience the Irish wilderness along roads and trails. In 1700, Ireland 's last wolf was shot close to the National Park's largest lake, Lough Leane. West of the Park lies Macgillycuddy's Reeks, the highest mountain in Ireland. We stopped at a site called "Ladies' View". Queen Victoria and her female company rested here a hundred years ago. We walked the soft ground. At a distance I saw how my wife Pari deep in contemplation looked at the lake far away in the valley. Then I shot the photo "A Lady's View".
