Death or fear of the unknown that triggered all this effort to build these
enormous monumental graves. The pyramids were created in the assurance of
the promise of the eternal life. Pharaoh was son of the sun and the incarnated
life power of the Gods.For
the ancient Egyptians the sight of the pyramids must have been a celestial
apparition. The three pyramids covered with cut limestone and granite, shone
from a far distance like jewels in the sunshine. Some scientists believe
they were covered with gold and colours. The pyramids were diamonds in the
desert of Death.
